NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: Langley Business Centre, Station Road, Langley, SL3 8DS
I give notice that Zurich Assurance Ltd c/o Threadneedle Portfolio Services Ltd is applying to Slough Borough Council for planning permission for:
Outline planning permission with the details of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale reserved for later determination. Demolition and redevelopment to comprise on plot (B) a data centre of up to 96,000 sqm gross, including ancillary offices and sub station; and plot (A) up to 9,650 sqm GEA to comprise one or more land uses comprising: up to 60 dwellings (Use Class C3); up to 6,000 sqm gross of B1 c (offices); additional development in Use Classes: A1, A2, A3 (retail), A4 (public house), A5 (take away); D1 and D2 (community and leisure) and an energy centre. Development in plot (A) or plot (B) or both may also include: car parking; provision of new plant; creation of servicing areas and provision of associated services, including waste, refuse, cycle storage, and lighting; and for the laying out of the buildings; routes and open spaces within the development; and all associated works and operations including but not limited to: demolition; earthworks; provision of attenuation infrastructure, engineering operations. Development in plot (A) and plot (B) shall be in accordance with the approved Development Parameters Schedule and Plans.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to Slough Borough Council at Observatory House, 25 Windsor Rd, Slough, SL1 2EJ by 29 December 2019.
"owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
""tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.

The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.
