The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Temporary Prohibition of through Traffic) (Various roads, Wycombe District) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in various roads in [Wycombe District] as specified in the schedule below. The closures are required whilst surface dressing and lining works take place between [06 January 2020] and [03 April 2020]. The proposed order will come into operation on 06 January 2020 and will be in effect when signed and between times as per schedule below on the days signed, with a maximum duration of 18 months. SCHEDULE - “AR” = Alternative route Woodway, Princes Risborough from A4010 to Wardrobes Lane. AR-Woodway, Main Road, New Road, Bradenham Wood Lane and Wycombe Road. Spurlands End Road, Great Kingshill for the entire length of the road. AR-Heath End Road, Windsor Lane and Watchet Lane. Skirmett Road, Hambleden from Skirmett Village to A4155. AR-Shogmoor Lane, Skirmett Road, Fingest Lane, Frieth Road, Chalkpit Lane, Oxford Road, West Street, Henley Road, Harleyford and Westfield. Lower Icknield Way, Great Kimble from the railway bridge to Thame Road. AR-Grove Lane, Station Road, Ellesborough Road, Risborough Road, Aylesbury Road, New Road and Longwick Road. Coldmoorholme Lane, Well End for the entire length of the road. No Diversion required. A4155 Henley Road, Marlow from Danesfield School to Pound Lane. AR-Henley Road, West Street, Spittal Street, Chapel Street, Little Marlow Road, Marlow Road, A404 Southbound on slip from A4155, A404 junc A4155 join South, A404 from A4155 to the river bridge, A404 through junc A4155 South, A404 from junc A4155 to junc A308 including roundabout South, A404 from A4 to Marlow boundary, A404, A308, A404 from junc A308 to junc A4130 South, Link between Dungrovehill Lane and Hurley lane, A4130 Henley Road, A404 through junc A4130 South, A404 junc A4130 leave South, Remenham Hill, White Hill, Matson Drive, Henley Bridge, Hart Street, Bell Street and Northfield End. Virginia Gardens, Bledlow Ridge for the entire length of the road. No diversion is required. Coppice Farm Road, Tylers Green for the entire length of the road. AR-Curzon Avenue and Hazlemere. Elder Way, Lower Way,IIex Close, Hazlemere for the enitre length of the road. AR-Ashfield Way, Linden Walk, Rose Avenue and Ramsay View. Ridgeside, Bledlow Ridge for the entire length of the road. AR-Ridgeside. PLEASE NOTE: The full duration of this multi-order is to allow coordination of a number of works, and flexibility given their weather dependant nature. The actual times that each road will be closed for will be much less than this, and could be either day or night works only. The full details will be publicised on one.network when confirmed, with signs on the affected road erected two weeks before the closure. Dated 4 December 2019
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Rockwell End Hill, Hambleden in the Parish of Hambleden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Rockwell End Hill from junction of Pheasants Hill Frieth for approx 40 metres. Alternative route: Rockwell End Lane, Colstrope Lane, Bottom Hill, Skirmett Road. The closure is required whilst repair to leak in the carriageway works take place commencing on 6 January 2020 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 January 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 6 December 2019
The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Bridleway No.71 High Wycombe) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2019, made on 5 July 2019 and effective from 16 July 2019 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and subsequently extended to 24 January 2020, has with the approval of the Secretary of State been continued in force until 24 July 2020 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the earlier. The effect of the order is to continue the prohibition of any person from proceeding, except for access, in Public Bridleway No.71 High Wycombe from the junction of Lily’s Walk South of approximately 103 metres to the junction of Queen Alexandra Road. The closure is required in the interest of public safety whilst approved development works take place. The alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure is via the existing public highway.
