RNLI SOUTH DIVISION -REGIONAL MARINE LICENCE FOR LOW IMPACT MAINTENANCE WORKS
Notice is hereby given that RNLI have applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a regional marine licence to undertake low impact maintenance works to RNLI operated lifeboat stations and associated slipways, berths and other infrastructure, and to RNLI beach lifeguard units and infrastructure, within their South Division, extending from Mudeford, Dorset on the south coast to Portishead, North Somerset on the north coast, and including St Mary's, Isles of Scilly.
A description of all works proposed or envisaged within the Licence, including individual locations, may be inspected at:
* The RNLI HQ at Poole
* The following RNLI lifeboat Stations; Exmouth, Torbay, Salcombe, Fowey, Falmouth, the Lizard, St Mary's, St Ives, Padstow
* The following public libraries; Bournemouth, Swanage, Weymouth, Teignmouth, Plymouth, Looe, Penzance, St Agnes, Newquay, Wadebridge, Bude, Bideford, Ilfracombe, Minehead, Burnham-on-Sea, Weston-Super- Mare, Portishead.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Licensing Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to: marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of Friday 13th February 2015, quoting reference MLA/2015/00016.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation it receives.
