LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON INTRODUCTION OF ADDITIONAL "NO WAITING AT ANY TIME" RESTRICTIONS AND FREE PARKING PLACES IN JUBILEE WAY THE MERTON (FREE PARKING PLACES! (JUBILEE WAY) ORDER 2019 THE MERTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION! (AMENDMENT NO. 479) ORDER 2019
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, on 3 December 2019, made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the "Waiting and Loading" Order will be to further amend the Merton (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1977 so that waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle for up to 40 minutes) will be prohibited at any time in the lengths of street specified in Schedule 1 to this notice.
3. The general effect of the "Free Parking Places" Order will be to introduce lengths of free parking places for vehicles, operating Mondays to Sundays in the lengths of street specified in Schedule 2 to this notice and specify that
(a) each parking place may be used, subject to the provisions of the Order, for the leaving during the permitted hours of such vehicles as are passenger vehicles, goods carrying vehicles, motorcycles or invalid carriages;
(b) vehicles may be left for an unlimited period.
4. A copy of the Orders, which will come into force on 9 December 2019, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including a plan specifying the road or lengths of road affected by the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX.
5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

JUBILEE WAY
(a) the north side,
(i) from the eastern kerb-line of Lee Road eastward for a distance of 58.5 metres;
(ii) from a point 17 metres west of the north-western kerb-line of the access road to the Merton Industrial Park to its junction with Windsor Avenue;
(b) the south side;
(i) from a point 49 metres east of the eastern kerb-line of Lee Road eastward to a point 1 metre west of the north-western kerb-line of the access road to the Merton Industrial Park;
(ii) from a point 60 metres east of the south-eastern kerb-line of the access road to the Merton Industrial Park eastward to its junction with Deer Park Road.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. 3. The general effect of the 'Parking Places Amendment Orders will be to lengthen existing permit parking places in Alexandra Road, CR4 and Hartfield Crescent, SW19 upon the removal of redundant disabled persons parking places.
4. A copy of the Orders, which will come into force on 16 December 2019, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans specifying the lengths of roads affected by the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 ¦ SECTION 14(1) HIGH PATH. NELSON GROVE ROAD. PINCOTT ROAD AND RODNEY PLACE. SW19 (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2019
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate development works in High Path, SW19, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict pedestrian and vehicular traffic in High Path, Nelson Grove Road, Pincott Road and Rodney Place, SW19.
2. During the works, no person would:-
(a) cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading that vehicle, in:-
(i) High Path, the west to east arm, the north side, between its junction with Pincott Road and the common boundary of Nos. 25 and 27 High Path; or
(ii) Nelson Grove Road, the south side, between the eastern boundary of No. 68 Nelson Grove Road and its junction with Pincott Road; or
(iii) Pincott Road, the east side, from the southern kerb-line of Nelson Grove Road southward for a distance of 53 metres; or
(iv) Rodney Place, the west and south sides, from a point 30 metres south of the southern kerb-line of Nelson Grove Road southward and then westward to the western boundary of No. 16 Rodney Place; or
(b) enter or proceed on the footways immediately adjacent to the lengths of road described in sub-paragraphs 2(a) to (iv) above.
3. Any designated parking place situated in the lengths of road specified in subparagraphs 2(a) to (iv) above would be suspended for the duration of the works.
4. The restrictions would only apply during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Pedestrians affected by a footway closure should proceed using the footway opposite.
6. Nothing in the Order would apply: -
(a) to any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or for the loading or unloading of construction delivery vehicles; or
(b) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer; or
(c) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes; or
(d) so as to prevent pedestrian access to premises in or adjacent to the lengths of road specified in sub-paragraphs 2(a)(1) to (iv) above.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
8. The Order would come into operation on Friday 20th December, 2019 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2019
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate development works at the rear of No. 25 Spencer Road, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict pedestrian and vehicular traffic in Worple Road, SW19.
2. During the works, no person would:-
(a) cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading that vehicle, in Worple Road, both sides, from a point 25 metres southwest of the southwestern kerb-line of Spencer Hill, south-westward for a distance of 28 metres; or
(b) enter or proceed on the north-western footway of the length of Worple Road described in sub-paragraph 2(a) above.
3. Any designated parking place situated in the lengths of road specified in paragraph 2 above would be suspended for the duration of the works.
