Boskalis Westminster Group Retirement Benefits Scheme (UK)
(The Boskalis Scheme")
This notice applies to you if you are or were a member of the above named pension scheme (or if you are a widow, widower or other dependant of a member).
It may also apply if you were a member of the SMIT International (UK) Ltd Staff Pension Fund or the SMIT International (Scotland) Ltd Pension Scheme, as some of the members of these pension arrangements were transferred to the Boskalis Scheme in 2017. If you think you are still or may be entitled to benefits under the Boskalis Scheme, but have not been contacted separately by the Trustee, please contact us using the address listed below. Eligible members would have been an employee of one of the following companies: Westminster Dredging Company Ltd Llanelli Sand Dredging Ltd Rock Fall Company Ltd SMIT International (UK) Ltd SMIT International (Scotland) Ltd

. You should include details of your full name, your current address, National Insurance number, a note of any benefits to which you think you may be entitled and copies of any evidence that you can provide to confirm your entitlement
Beneficiaries should make claims in writing to the address above not later than 2 months from the date of this notice. The Trustee is in the process of securing benefits with an insurance company for the members and beneficiaries of the Boskalis Scheme. Therefore, the Trustee wishes to ensure that its records include all members and beneficiaries so that the correct benefits are secured.
