Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Well Lane, Easthorpe in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Easthorpe Road to its junction with Porters Green Road, a distance of approximately 730m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 06/01/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2286993 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Well Lane, Easthorpe Road, Rectory Road, Whitehouse Farm Road, Hardys Green, Porters Green Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 12/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of St Osyth Road East, Little Clacton in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 20m northeast of its junction with Clapgate Drive for a distance of approximately 40m in a northeasterly direction. (Chapel Lane, Ardleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chapel Lane, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 120m south of its junction with Bromley Road for a distance of approximately 115m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15/01/20 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034829112 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Park Road, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 460m northeast of its junction with Bromley Road for a distance of approximately 210m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th January 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WSEP00IBWWLJHG01 - BT). (Spring Chase, Brightlingsea & Lower Park Road, Brightlingsea & Colne Road, Brightlingsea) (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a 'no waiting restriction in that length of Spring Chase, Brightlingsea & Lower Park Road, Brightlingsea & Colne Road, Brightlingsea, in the District of Tendring from a point approximately 50m southwest of the junction with Well Street to a point approximately 35m northwest of the junction with Duke Street, a distance of approximately 785m.
2. "The Essex County Council '(Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kirby Road, Great Holland in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 100m northeast of its junction with Pork Lane for a distance of approximately 70m in a northeasterly direction. (Various Roads, Borough of Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.13) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in Schedule 1 to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads, and those in schedule 2 for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

3. To temporarily suspend the 'bus only' suspension in Osborne Street as detailed in 'The Colchester Borough (St Johns Street, Osborne Street etc, Colchester) Traffic Regulation order 1980'

4. "The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'NoWaiting atAny Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

"The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" and "The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Permitted Parking & Special Parking Area) Order 2014" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting atAny Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. . The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
