Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chapel Lane, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 120m south of its junction with Bromley Road for a distance of approximately 115m in a southerly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a 'no waiting restriction in that length of Spring Chase, Brightlingsea & Lower Park Road, Brightlingsea & Colne Road, Brightlingsea, in the District of Tendring from a point approximately 50m southwest of the junction with Well Street to a point approximately 35m northwest of the junction with Duke Street, a distance of approximately 785m.

(Various Roads, Borough of Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.13) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in Schedule 1 to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads, and those in schedule 2 for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

3. To temporarily suspend the 'bus only' suspension in Osborne Street as detailed in 'The Colchester Borough (St Johns Street, Osborne Street etc, Colchester) Traffic Regulation order 1980'

4. "The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'NoWaiting atAny Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
