(Captains Wood Road, Great Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Captains Wood Road, Great Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 90m southwest of its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 85m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 06/01/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0133379503 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water
An alternative route is available via Maypole Road, Prince of Wales Road, Maldon Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 12/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Crouchmans Farm Road, Ulting) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crouchmans Farm Road, Ulting in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Bumfords Lane for a distance of approximately 130m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14/01/20 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0014JANEANZL536 - BT). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Loamy Hill Road, Tolleshunt Major in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 500m southeast of its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 210m in a southeasterly direction.
