Notice is hereby given that Mr Halil Olmez has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as 66 SADDLER STREET, DURHAM DH1 3NP For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: - The sale by retail of alcohol (on sales) & the provision of regulated entertainment (recorded music indoors) 08.00 - 00.00 hours Sunday to Thursday inclusive & 08.00 - 02.00 hours on Fridays & Saturdays. The provision of late night refreshment: 23.00 - 00.00 hours Sunday to Thursday inclusive & 23.00 - 02.00 hours Fridays & Saturdays. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
