The Parochial Church Council have applied to Maldon District Council for a new Premises Licence in respect of The Octagon attached to St Mary’s Church for the following licensable activities. Performance of Plays, Exhibition of Films, Recorded Music, Live Music, Performance of Dance. Anything of a similar nature to the provision of Live Music, Recorded Music or Performance of Dance. Provision of the facilities to make music, provision of the facilities for Dancing, provision of the facilities of a similar nature to the provision of facilities for making music or dancing Sunday 1400 hours to 2300 hours, Monday to Saturday 1100 hours to 2300 hours. Sale of Alcohol Sunday 1400 hours to 2300 hours, Monday to Saturday 1100 hours to 2300 hours. Interested parties may view the register of the Licensing Authority during normal working hours at Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, CM9 5DL.Any representations by a responsible authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the above address by 24th December 2019.
