Notice of Application to Wigan Council New Premises Licence has been made by Bobs Chicken & Shakes Ltd BillyBobz Chicken & Shakes 17 Market St Leigh WN7 1DR The application seeks to open a Fast Food Takeaway serving Late Night Refreshment Monday - Thursday 23:00 - 01:00 Friday - Sunday 23:00 - 03:00 The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website www.wigan.gov.uk Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 24th December. All representations must be made in writing by the above date. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
