Notice is hereby given that Marshalls Amusements Ltd is applying for the grant of a new premises licence at Magic City, Ground floor, 13-19 Pier Avenue, Clacton-on-Sea CO15 1QB.The application is to permit:1. Opening hours to the public:09.00 hrs to 23.00 hrs - Sunday to Wednesday 09.00 hrs to 02.00 hrs - Thursday to Saturday, New Year’s Eve & Bank Holiday Sunday to Monday 2. Supply of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises:10.00 hrs to 22.30 hrs - Sunday to Wednesday 10.00 hrs to 01.30 hrs - Thursday to Saturday, New Year’s Eve & Bank Holiday Sunday & Monday 3. Late night refreshment: 23.00 hrs to 01.30 hrs - Thursday to Saturday, New Year’s Eve & Bank Holiday Sunday & Monday Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this in writing or deliver personally to Tendring District Council, Licensing Section, 88-90 Pier Avenue, Clacton-on-Sea CO15 1TN or by email to licensingsection@tendringdc.gov.uk. A copy of the application can be viewed at the licensing authority’s address during normal office hours. Any representations must be made no later than Friday 27 December 2019.
