Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of Application to Wigan Council
An application for a Variation of an Existing Premises Licence has been made by Miss Caroline Higham for the premises known as Manchester Road Cafe and Sandwich Bar situated at 416 Manchester Road Leigh Greater Manchester WN7 2NP. The application seeks to Addition Of Supply of Alcohol (on the premises ) Monday - Saturday 11:00 - 22:30. Sunday 11:00 - 21:00 The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website www.wigan.gov.uk. Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 29th December 2019. All representations must be made in writing by the above date.
