SELBY AREA INTERNAL DRAINAGE BOARD (THE BOARD LAND DRAINAGE ACT 1991 (THE ACT) DRAINAGE RATES AND SPECIAL LEVIES

AS REQUIRED by Section 48(2) of The Act the Board give notice as follows:- 1.On the 29th January 2015, the Board made a Drainage Rate of 5.80p in the pound, in respect of Agricultural Land and Agricultural Buildings in the District to raise £119,556 of their expenditure for the year ended 31st March 2016. 2.Also on the 29th January 2015 the Board made a Special Levy of £958,110 on Selby District Council to raise the balance of their expenditure for the same year.
