We, Vision Nine Entertainment Group Ltd give notice that we have applied to Dorset Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of St Giles House, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 5NA The application is for provision of plays, films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a similar description. Hours for all entertainment will be Thurs 07:00 - 24:00, Fri - Sun 00:00 - 02:00 and 07:00-24:00, Mon 00:00 - 02:00 Provision of late-night refreshment Thurs 23:00-24:00 Fri-Sun 00:00 - 05:00 And 23:00-24:00 and Mon 00:00-05:00 Supply of alcohol Thurs 10:00 - 24:00, Fri - Sun 00:00 - 02:00 and 10:00-24:00, Mon 00:00 - 02:00. There will be one event with a maximum of 5 days per year Any other person or responsible authority wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1AZ not later than Dec 29th, 2019 A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000
