Take notice that Pink Palace Hotel Ltd has applied to Tendring District Council as the Licensing Authority for the Tendring District for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Pink Palace Hotel Ltd, situate at 11-13 Marine Parade East, Clacton on Sea CO15 1PS to permit the licensable activities to take place on the occasions and times as set out below:
Films - Mon - Sun 10am - 23.00pm
Live Music - Mon - Sat - 18.00pm - 24.00pm, Sun - 15.00pm - 22.00pm.
Recorded Music - Mon - Sat - 11.00pm - 24.00pm, Sun. - 11.00pm - 22.00pm.
Performance of dance, Provision of facilities for dancing and Provision of facilities for making music - Mon - Sat - 12.00pm 24.00pm, Sun - 12.00pm - 22.00pm.
Late night Refreshments - Mon - Thur - 22.00pm - 24.00pm, Fri - Sat - 23.00pm - 01.00am.
Supply of alcohol - Mon - Thur - 11.00 pm - 24.00pm, Fri - Sat 11.00pm - 01.00am, Sun - 11.00pm -23.00pm.

Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this, in writing, to Tendring District Council, Licensing Section, Weeley Council Office, Thorpe Road, Weeley, Essex CO16 9AJ or deliver this personally to the Council Offices, Thorpe Road, Weeley Essex at where the Public Register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours. Any such representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 17th March, 2015.
