BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION
ORDER 2019 Durdells Avenue - Site Development and Utility Connection Works
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.
WHAT:
- Road closed to all vehicles and
- No parking - no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time
WHERE: Durdells Avenue, from its junction with Wimborne Road to the access road to Keniston Walk (south of property No.15 Durdells Avenue)
WHY: Site development and utility connection works by RMH Construction Ltd
WHEN: Anticipated to be from 2nd December 2019 until 13th December 2019
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.
DIVERSION: Via Poole Lane

These arrangements may be extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be
further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.

Minstead Road & Green Lane -Gas Mains Replacement Works
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.
WHAT: Road closed to all vehicles and No parking - no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time
WHERE and WHEN:
- Minstead Road at its junction with East Howe Lane - from 2 December 2019 until 27 December 2019
- Green Lane at its junction with East Howe Lane - from 6 January 2020 until 28 February 2020
WHY: Gas Mains Replacement works on East Howe Lane by JDT Utilities Ltd
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.
DIVERSION: Via Green Lane for Minstead Road and Minstead Road for Green Lane
