LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of the Rocket 474 Warrington Road, Rainhill, Prescot L35 9JE for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no RCK- 0013). To also extend the hours for the sale of alcohol as follows; Monday to Thursday from 09:00h until 00:00h (current permission I l:00h until 00:00h); Friday and Saturday from 09:00h until 00:30h the following morning (current permission I l:00h until 00:00h); Sunday from I0:00h until 00:00h (current permission I2:00h until 22:30h). For the above, to maintain thirty minutes drinking up time following the last permitted sale of alcohol, To also amend and remove conditions in order to further promote the licensing objectives.
