LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Limecourt Ventures Ltd has applied to Wandsworth Borough Council on 21st November 2019 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 225 Balham High Road, London, SW17 7BQ for the sale by retail of alcohol (on sales) on Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 00:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 23:30 & (off sales) Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 23:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 22:30 & Late Night Refreshment on Monday to Saturday 23:00 to 00:30 and Sunday 23:00 to 00:00; Recorded and Live Music on Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 23:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 22:30, and non-standard hours (as per licence no. 2017/288577); all as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX to be received by no later than 19th December 2019 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.merton.gov. uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
