Notice is hereby given that Clacton Pavilion Ltd of 13-19 Pier Avenue, Clacton-on-Sea CO15 1QB is applying to vary the existing premises licence for Armstrongs, The Pavilion, Marine Parade East, Clacton-on-Sea CO15 1PS.The application is to approve a new bar servery within Armstrongs and to apply for a new Water Park & café to be licensed as set out below and as more clearly shown on the plans submitted with the application. Activities to be licensed at the Water Park & café: Opening hours to the public - 10.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs Supply of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises - 10.00 hrs to 21.30 hrs Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this in writing or deliver personally to Tendring District Council, Licensing Section, 88-90 Pier Avenue, Clacton-on-Sea CO15 1TN or by email to licensingsection@tendringdc.gov.uk.
