BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (SANDY LANE & HARRISON GRANGE,
BRACKNELL) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1 (1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
Effect of the Order:
The effect of the Order is to introduce the new restrictions as detailed in Schedule 1 and revoke the restrictions shown in Schedule 2. The Order was made on the 25'h day of November 2019 and will come into operation on the 1st day of December 2019.

Copies of this notice, the draft Order, the statement of reasons and the plan may be inspected at Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays.
Objections:
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 27tn day of November 2019, make application for this purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE 1
Prohibition of waiting at any time
Sandy Lane North Side - From a point 36 metres west of its junction with Hurley Drive westwards for a distance of 69 metres.
Harrison Grange - Both sides - From its junction with Sandy Lane southwards for a distance of 22 metres.

SCHEDULE 2
REMOVAL of No waiting Mon -Sat 8am -6pm
Sandy Lane - Both sides - From a point 36 metres west of its junction with Hurley Drive westwards for a distance of 69 metres.

All distances are approximate and, where applicable, are taken from the centre of the stated junctions
