LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Hanney Royal British Legion Club, Mill Orchard, East Hanney Wantage 0X12 OJH
Notice is given that Hanney Royal British Legion Club Ltd has applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activities are:
Plays, films, performance of dance - Mon-Sun 11 :00 - 23:00 Indoor sporting events - Mon-Sun 16:00 - 23:30 Live and recorded music - Mon-Sat 11.00 - 23.30 & Sun 11 :00 - 23:00 Sale of alcohol - Mon-Sun 11 :00 - 23:30
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Vale of White Horse District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon OX14 4SB or email to

licensing.unit@whitehorsedc.gov.uk


Representations must be received by 18-12-2019 (insert date 28 days starting on the day following the day the application was served on the licensing authority - we will confirm this closing date in your application acknowledgement letter)

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
