LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TJX UK has applied to Southampton Borough Council on 19th November 2019 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Homesense, 60-66, Above Bar Street, Southampton, SO14 7DS for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only on Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 17:00 as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY to be received by no later than 17th December 2019 stating the grounds for making said representation.
