Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council in accordance with the above act: Masons Yorkshire Gin Ltd, Masons Distillery, Trinity Place, Conygarth Way, Leeming Bar Business Park, Leeming Bar, DL7 9EE. Sale by retail of alcohol (off sales only). The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by no later than 20th December 2019. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
