Reason for Advertising - Conservation Area
19/01295/FULH - 45 Essex Road, Watford. Remove existing front boundary hedges and shrubbery. Erection of yellow stock brick boundary wall to include metal railing, red creasing tiles, red brick edges and metal gate. Excavate and remove existing front pathway and porch floor, replace with tiles and rope tile edging.
