TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State hereby gives notice that the Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of a western part-width of Trafalgar Way comprising highway verge at Stockbridge in the Borough of Test Valley, referred to in the Notice published on 13 September 2019, under reference NATTRAN/SE/S247/3914, will not be made, the application for the order having been withdrawn.
