Notice is hereby given that Sunset Sessions Ltd. Have applied to Darlington Borough Council in respect to a premises licence for Sortie, Unit 4, Houndgate Mews, Blackwellgate Arcade, Houndgate, Darlington, DL1 5SG for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licencing Act 2003 to permit the following: Sale of alcohol on and off the premises from 11.00 to 00.00 hours Live music inside the premises from 16.00 to 00.00 hours Recorded music inside the premises from 08.00 to 00.00 hours Late night refeshments from 23.00 to 00.00 hours To allow the premises to open from 08.00 to 00.30 hours With non standard timings for the sale of alcohol, playing recorded,live music and late night refreshments until 01.00 hours on 31 December and to allow the premises to open until 01.30 hours on 31 December. Representations must be made by 10 December 2019. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give noitce in writing, and the record of this application may be inspected at/to: Darlington Borough Council Licencing Authority at D Block, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT during office hours and/or at http:/www.darlington.gov.uk It is and offence, liable to conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make false statement in or in connection with this application.
