(Footpath 12, Wickham Bishops) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 12, Wickham Bishops, in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Grange Road in a northerly direction for approximately 100 metres and then west for approximately 40 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25/11/2019 to 25/12/2019 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required to enable flood alleviation works.
The alternative routes will be via Grange Road, Footpath 13, Wickham Hall Lane, Station Road, Church Road or vice-a-versa, and via Grange Road, Roots Lane, Footpath 11, Byron Drive, Blacksmiths Lane, Church Road or vice-a-versa. The Order will come into effect on 25/11/2019 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.20) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the Borough of Colchester as detailed in the Schedule.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
4. "The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" and "The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Permitted Parking & Special Parking Area) Order 2014" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only.
All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and
Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works are scheduled to commence within 18 months, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by County Broadband. The Order will come into effect on 28/11/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Plough Road, Great Bentley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

(London Road, Great Horkesley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of London Road, Great Horkesley in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 35m west of its junction with Horkesley Hill for a distance of approximately 520m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9/12/19 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CR4W0000LUXCV564515 - BT). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Tendring as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
