(Fambridge Road, New Street, Spital Road & White Horse Lane, Maldon) (Maldon Vintage Christmas Fayre) (Special Event) (Temporary No Stopping at Any Time) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 16 A-C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, has made the above Order to facilitate the Maldon Vintage Christmas Fayre.

Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce 'No Stopping at Any Time' restrictions on both sides of the following roads in the Town of Maldon in the District of Maldon;

1) Fambridge Road, from its junction with Spital Road to its junction with Cross Road.



2) New Street, from its junction with Fambridge Road to its junction with White Horse Lane. 3) Spital Road, from its junction with Cherry Garden Road to its junction with Fambridge Road. 4) White Horse Lane, from its junction with New Street for its entire length. The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition ofWaiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 is hereby temporarily amended to include the No Stopping at Any Time restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the said length of roads only



All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The temporary restrictions are scheduled to commence on 28/11/2019 for 1 day or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting and is required to facilitate the Maldon Vintage Christmas Fayre.

The Order will come into effect on 28/11/2019 and may continue in force for 3 days unless extended by the Secretary of State.

(North Hill, Little Baddow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of North Hill, Little Baddow in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 225m north of its junction with Spring Close for a distance of approximately 130m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/12/19 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034828880 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via London Road, Hatfield Peverel Bypass, The Street, Maldon Road, Hatfield Road, Langford Road, Langford Road Roundabout, Heybridge Approach, Pond Roundabout, Maldon Bypass, Spital Road Roundabout, Spital Road, Wycke Hill, Limebrook Roundabout, Wycke Hill Business Park, Oak Corner, Burnham Road, Southend Road, Chelmsford Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 28/11/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Grange Road, Wickham Bishops) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Grange Road, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 400m east of its junction with Wickham Hall Road for a distance of approximately 145m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25/11/19 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231003707 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex CountyCouncil.

An alternative route is available via Grange Road, Roots Lane, Blacksmiths Lane, Church Road, Station Road, Wickham Hall Lane and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 14/11/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Oak Farm Road, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Farm Road, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Herbage Park Road for a distance of approximately 140m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25/11/19 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit

(BC005CR4W0000LUXCV561039 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

www.roadworks.org

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while aerial cabling works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Herbage Park Road, Old London Road and vice versa The Order came into effect on 14/11/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
