(Constable Way, Black Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Constable Way, Black Notley in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Mary Ruck Way to its junction with Turner Close, a distance of approximately 70m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 09/12/19 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2287183 ? Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ironwork replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Mary Ruck Way, Gainsborough Road, Constable Way and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 28/11/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.17) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Braintree, as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

4. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works are scheduled to commence after 28/11/19, as stated on a valid permit.
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or
displayed on www.roadworks.org. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and
then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion
routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each
phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast
installation cabling works are undertaken by County Broadband.
The Order will come into effect on 28/11/19 and may continue in force for 18 months
or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lanham Green Road, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lanham Green Road, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Langham Green for a distance of approximately 445m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25/11/19 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CR4W00LUXCV566791AA ? BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead installation works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Lanham Green, Boars Tye Road, Temple Lane, Witham Road, Braintree Road, Cressing Road, Cressing Road Roundabout, Millennium Way, Galley Roundabout, A120 J B1018 Roundabout, Braintree Bypass, Long Green, Ashes Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 19/11/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Shalford Road, Panfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Shalford Road, Panfield in the District of Braintree from its junction with Hall Road for a distance of approximately 445m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25/11/19 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005KL1W000000042582DNO ? BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Kynaston Road, Church End, Braintree Road, Water Lane, Jaspers Green and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 14/11/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.11) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
