Notice is hereby given that I, Damian Greenwood have applied on 14th November 2019 to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence for DOOTIES, 297-299 Hollins Lane, Bury. BL9 8BD. The proposed variation is: To Incorporate 297 Hollins Lane within the Premises License for 299 Hollins Lane. The restaurant Bar area is being reduced in size and moved into 297 Hollins Lane which will become the new entrance. the existing Restaurant Bar will be removed. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Monday to Friday.
