Notice under regulation 7(2)(b): Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant

Proposed development at 64- 72 Waterloo Street, Glasgow:


Demolition of unlisted building and part of listed building with associated alterations and erection of Build to Rent residential development including ground floor retail / commercial / food and drink use.

A public exhibition will be held at Motel One, Glasgow, Oswald St, Glasgow G1 4PL, on Thursday 28 November 2019, between 14:00 and 19:00.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by completing comment forms available at the exhibition and / or by contacting Turley directly.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
