Premises Licence Application

The application is for Sale of Alcohol, Mon - Sun 9AM to 9PM. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representation in writing to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Licensing Section, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn, BB1 2LX. The application can be viewed at the Licensing Section or ww.blackburn.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
