We Crafty Devil Cellar LTD Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the licencing Authority (Vale of Glamorgan Council) for the variation of a premise licence at 17 Windsor Rd, Penarth, CF64 1JB known as Crafty Devil Cellar Penarth
The application is to vary the licence by introducing an off Licence for the following hours Mon - Sun 1000 - 2300.To Increase opening times on New Years eve to 0130 Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licencing Department, Vale Of Glamorgfan Council Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry, CF63 4RU, or by email to licensing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk Not Later Than 28 Days after the date of this notice.
Representations Recieved after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Civic Offices During Normal Office Hours. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application the maximum fine on summary of conviction being £5000.
