BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(VARIOUS FOOTPATHS, WARFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2019
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding in any direction along:
a) Cressida Chase Footpath

b) Walsh Avenue Footpath

The alternative route for pedestrians affected by section (a) of this Order will be via Harvest Ride, Shakespeare Way, Cressida Chase or by this route reversed.
The alternative route for pedestrians affected by section (a) of this Order will be via Walsh Avenue, Ormathwaites Corner or by this route reversed.
The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety during water stopcock renewal works.
The proposed Order under 'Section A' will come into operation on the 09th December 2019 and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the closure will be in place between the 09th December & 11th December 2019.
The proposed Order under 'Section B' will come into operation on the 12th December 2019 and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the closure will be in place between the 12th December & 16th December 2019.
