Notice is hereby given that Ozseeker t/a Nightflix has applied in respect of the Nightflix Outdoor Cinema, Tollgate West, Stanway, Colchester, CO38RH for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Supply of alcohol (on) - Monday to Sunday, 12:00 - 23:00. Films (outdoors) - Monday to Sunday, 15:00 - 01:00. Live music (outdoors): Monday - Sunday, 10:00 to 22:00. Recorded music (outdoors): Monday to Sunday, 10:00 - 00:00. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 11/12/2019, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
