To Whom It May Concern: I Kaan Karakor do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the (ii) grant of our Premises Licence at ,Bridge Street, Abergele, LL227HA known as K’s Bar & Restaurant. The application is to: Sale of Alcohol and Late Night Refreshment Monday-Thursday 11:00-22:00, Friday-Saturday 11:00-23:00 Sunday 10:00-20:00 Recorded Music: Monday-Thursday 9:00-22:00, Friday-Saturday 9:00-23:00 Sunday 10:00-20:00 Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, CONWY, LL30 9GN not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
