Any interested party or responsible authority may make representation in writing to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Licensing Section, White Dove Building , Davyfield Road Blackburn BB1 2LX. The application can be viewed at the Licensing Section or www.blacburn.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
