Notice is hereby given that on 7 November 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Glasgow for an order to wind up and appoint an Interim Liquidator to Fore Digital Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC526982) and having its registered office at Doges Building, 3rd Floor, Templeton on the Green, 62 Templeton Street, Glasgow, G40 1DA. This petition was presented by Fore Digital Limited. The Sheriff Clerk Depute, by interlocutor dated 8 November 2019, appointed inter alia the petition to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and the Herald newspaper and allowed all persons claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement of the petition.
