VINYL CAFÉ have applied to Carlisle City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of 44 ABBEY STREET, CARLISLE. CA3 8TX to allow the sale of alcohol and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include Music, Live Performers, Playing of Recorded Sound, Showing of a Film, Late Night Refreshment. Any Person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing no later than 6th December 2019 to Licencing Manager, Governance Directorate, Carlisle City Council, Civic Centre, Rickergate, Carlisle CA3 8QG or licensing@carlisle.gov.uk.
