LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I/We Eighty-K UK Ltd hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Unit 14 Repton Court, Basildon, SS13 1LN. The proposed licensable activity is: Sales and consumption of Alcohol. Monday to Thursday 12.00-00.00 Hr, Friday to Saturday 12.00-02.00 Hr, Sunday 12.00-00.00 Hr. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent to:- The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, by appointment, between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is a level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5000).
