19/1707/LBC/RMA: Old St Marys House, High Street, Elstree, WD6 3HA. Replacement of roof tiles to match existing and renovations to external elevations (Application for Listed Building Consent). Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area and Green Belt.
19/1737/REM/MSA: Former J Sainsbury Distribution Depot, Units 3 & 4, York Crescent, Borehamwood, WD6 1SN. Application for the approval of reserved matters relating to (a) access, (b) appearance, (c) landscaping, (d) layout, and (e) scale in relation to the development of Units 3 & 4 following approval of 19/0401/OUT for the demolition of existing buildings and erection of new employment units for flexible use within Use Classes Bl(c) (light industry), B2 (general industrial) and B8 (storage and distribution), including ancillary offices and open air storage, plus alterations to and creation of new accesses from the highway; provision of car parking, service yards and external plant; means of enclosure, acoustic screens, landscaping and lighting. Reason: Major Development.

19/1776/FUL/RMA: Green Acre Lodge, Green Street, Shenley, WD7 9BD. Change of use of former annex to create a self-contained 2 bed dwelling with amenity space. Reason: Green Belt.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
