(New Road, Lambourne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close New Road, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from Manor Road, north west for approximately 137m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25/11/2019 to 20/12/2019 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of new foul and surface water rising mains, relating to a section 50 are undertaken. The alternative route will be via Manor Road, Hoe Lane, New Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 25/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.17) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary ‘No Waiting’ restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
“The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008” will be temporarily amended to include the temporary ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 07/11/2019 exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter / leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Avey Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Manor Road for a distance of approximately 150m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17/11/2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WSEP00IBT0NCDN06 – BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Avey Lane, Sewardstone Road, Mott Street and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 07/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Beech Lane, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. ~
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beech Lane, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping New Road to its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 160m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22/11/2019 for 28 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000847501 – Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Epping New Road, Stag Lane, High Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 07/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Avey Lane, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Avey Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Mott Street for a distance approximately 210m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 01/12/2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WSEP00IBT0NCDN08 – BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Avey Lane, Pynest Green Lane, Sewardstone Road, Mott Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 21/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
