CITY OF LONDON EPPING FOREST ACT 1878
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of the Epping Forest Act 1878, the Conservators of Epping Forest have revised the Register of Commoners. The Register has been made in two parts, Part I being for the northern forest parishes of Epping Theydon Bois, Loughton, Waltham Holy Cross, Chingford and Chigwell (now Buckhurst Hill); and Part II being for the southern parishes of Woodford, Walthamstow, Leyton, Wanstead, Little Ilford (now East Ham) and West Ham.
The Draft Register is available for inspection at the office of the Town Clerk, Guildhall, London EC2P 2EJ and at the office of the Superintendent of Epping Forest, The Warren, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4RW from Friday 8 November 2019 until Friday 20 December 2019.
AND NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the Conservators will, on 13 January 2020 and 20 January 2020, hold a sitting when and where all persons interested in the Register of Commoners may apply to the Conservators to correct such Register, by inserting or expunging any name, and such application will be duly considered and determined
