LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TJX UK has applied to Croydon Borough Council on 6th November 2019 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Homesense, 1 Drury Crescent, Purley Way, Croydon, CR0 4XU for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only, on Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 21:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 17:00 as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, 6th Floor, Zone A, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1EA to be received by no later than 4th December 2019 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www. croydon.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
