Kate Fitzgerald has applied to Dorset County Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17* (if new premises)/ Section 34* (varying a premises licence)/ Section 29* (provisional statement) of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at 18 A East Street, Corfe Castle, Dorset. BH20 5ED and propose to carry on the following activities:- Sale of Alcohol for a Website Business Applications are available for public inspection at Dorset Council, Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, Dorset. BH20 4PP or on

Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 7 November 2019 starting the day after the application is given to the Licensing Authority for 28 continuous days until 6 December 2019.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
