Bloor Homes wishes to ascertain the ownership of a small area of unregistered land which includes Pudding Brook where it crosses under the B4528 at Saltersford Lane to the north of the junction with Easton Lane, Chippenham: Ordnance Survey: E390457 N172144; Postcode:SN14 ORN.
Bloor Homes has been in contact with Wiltshire Council about the possibility of providing a drainage outfall to be discharged into Pudding Brook via a sewer in the adjoining highway. Following these works Bloor Homes proposes that the sewers be adopted by Wessex Water under s104 of the Water Industry Act 1991.
