NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Chelmsford City Council acting on behalf of the South Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an agreement dated 31 March 2011 (and subsequently varied by Deed of Variation on 15th June 2011 and 27 July 2012) has made the above Orders under Sections 1,2,4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The Effect of the above Orders will be, without any change in substance to the designations and provisions imposed by those Orders, to consolidate each district's Orders into a new consolidated map-based Order, the Orders being consolidated and their respective amendments are listed in Schedule 1.

A copy of the Order and this Notice, which comes into operation on 12th November 2019 are available in the Civic Reception, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1JE where they maybe inspected during normal office hours, or online

. If you wish to question the validity of any of the Orders or any provisions contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may apply within 6 weeks from the date the Orders were made, to the High Court for this purpose.
