Notice is given that anyone having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named late of Cowden Farm Dean Lane Great Harwood Blackburn BB6 7UN who died on the 9th day of September 2019 is required to send particulars thereof to Houldsworth Solicitors of Pullman House 2 & 4 Duck Street Clitheroe Lancashire BB7 1LP before the 14th January 2020 after which date the Executors will distribute the estate having regard only to the valid claims or interests of which they shall then have had notice. In respect of the assets of any part thereof so distributed, the personal representatives will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
