Notice is hereby given that We, Durham University, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as ASSEMBLY ROOMS 40 NORTH BAILEY DURHAM DH1 3ET for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Plays, Films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance, Anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performances of dance Indoors Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 23:30, Late Night Refreshment Indoors Monday to Sunday 23;00 - 23:30 and Sale of Alcohol on sales only Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 23:30 The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
