NOTICE is hereby given that we Trafford Council Asset Management Applied on 16/10/2019 for A Full Variation of Premise Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: Flixton House, Flixton Road, Flixton, M41 5GJ under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to extend the licensable hours: Live Music (On & Off): Monday- Sunday 09:00 - 00:00 Recorded Music (On & Off): Monday- Sunday 09:00 - 00:00 Dance (On): Monday- Sunday 09:00 - 00:00 Late Night Refreshment (On): Monday- Sunday 23:00 - 00:00 Supply of Alcohol (On & Off): Monday- Sunday 10:00 - 00:00 Opening Hours - Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 00:30 Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION TRAFFORD COUNCIL TRAFFORD TOWN HALL TALBOT ROAD STRETFORD MANCHESTER M32 0TH not later than 28 days after the application was made to the licensing authority, starting on the day after the day the application was made. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
